2、施工工序：打磨、补裂、刷三道漆。 3、乙方在监理中需要明确履行买方及工程施工书面或口头阐述的整 改提出，并迅速进行整改，整改返工所造成的成本，因甲方原因导致甲 方承担，因乙方原因导致乙方承担。 七、工期：60 工日（雨天除外） 八、安全与文明施工要求： 乙方施工现场必须明确按照 JGJ59-99《建筑施工安全检查标准》及 市文明标化要求施工，采用明确的安全隔离原则，并严谨遵守公司及项 目部有关安全规章制度，如出现违规操作及违法指挥而产生的安全事件 均由乙方自负一切刑事责任及经济损失，上级主管部门的赔偿均由卖方 自行负责。 十、本协议一式叁份，甲、乙双方各执壹份装修油漆工包轻工合同，本公司备案壹份，该 协议经双方负责人签字后生效装修油漆工包轻工合同，具有法律效应装修公司哪个好，望双方在施工过程中共 同违反执行，本协定在项目完成考核结算后自动失效。 甲方代表签字： 乙方代表签字：
